June Beauty Picks (1)

Hi all, welcome back! I know its been a while that I’ve done these type of post. My attention was focus on bringing more content the Holy Spirit is leading me to write. I do enjoy doing these type of post as I am always shopping for beauty products. I do promise to bring you more content in this specific category. Please keep reading!

I wanted to share this favorite hair and body product combination. I try my best to choose specific products with organic ingredients, not always 100%. I do try to come close to healthier selections as possible, but some ingredients I can forgive. I love how AFFORDABLE this specific brand is, a little goes a long way. I hope you give them a try and let me know what you think.

Trader Joes Tea Tree Tingle:

tea-tree-tingle-products

This line has amazing benefits: Not only tea tree, peppermint & eucalyptus. I mean a great combination for the body and hair. I love the smell and the sensation it gives when applied to the body or hair. Feels like a spa day, helps to melt the stress away. A great escape from the busyness of a long work day.

Shampoo

Remember what I said in my last post (yes, it has been a while, lol). I shared how I did not use shampoo at all, but I also say it is subject to change. So here it is, I am using shampoo again. I like this one, because not only does it clean the hair, but I love the tinkling sensation I feel when it hits my scalp. This stimulates the follicles, causing the blood to flow to the root. It aids in healthy hair growth, plus cleansing the scalp at the same time. I enjoy using it. I make sure to apply a little bit of conditioner along with the shampoo to reduce the effects of stripping the scalp of its natural oils. These combination helps to soften the hair shaft and ends, as it is the oldest part of the hair.

Conditioner

Well, you can’t go wrong with this product. I don’t need to remind you, its critical to follow up any use of shampoo with conditioner. After I rinse the combination I mentioned above, I go back in again with only the conditioner to rehydrate the hair. Remember, shampoo cleanses the hair, removing product buildup, but can remove too much of your hairs natural oils. Conditioner helps to replenish the hairs oils and nourishes the hair strands. Makes hair manageable and easier to detangle. I love this stuff. Similar to the shampoo, there is a tingling sensation on the scalp. Stimulates healthy hair growth and hydration. Your hair will feel happy.

Body Wash

I decided to give this one a try, well for the most obvious reason. It is a great for the body and hair. Tea tree prevents inflammation, itching, and eliminates dry skin, just to name of few of its great benefits. As I mentioned earlier, this product has a great combination of ingredients to support skin rejuvenation, removing dead skin, reduce scarring and redness. I have sensitive skin which can cause my skin to become irritated easily. I cannot use a lot of products with fragrance. When I seen this brand included a body wash, well my experience with the other two were great, so I took a chance with this one. I love it! It feels amazing on my skin, I love the tinkling sensation on the skin. I can feel the skin receive hydration and appears to glow like never before. My skin feels softer, but it could be other contributing factors involve. Best product I’ve ever tried.

Please do give this product a try. It feels amazing, smells amazing, and does an amazing job.  This particular line has been helpful during the spring/winter mixed season we were experiencing. Please do pick it up, I promise you will not be disappointed.

***As the season has gotten hotter (joys of Summer) than I expected. I will have switch to a different product. Plus, my hair continues to grow longer and thicker, its manageability has become bit of a challenge. I will update you all on the newest line I try.

See you in the next post!
