Happy Holidays and Happy Sunday!
What an eventful day this has been. Family came to church today, oh how I missed them. These past two days I keep getting up early, like 5am! 😱 Why? This is my winter break (No work) and I still get up early. I need rest!
But if I’m honest, the best part about waking up (no it’s not Folgers in the cup) 😂, my roommate (Aunty) puts on the Christmas music. We talk, listen to sermons, dance, and laugh before the day begins. Many fond childhood memories as I listen to the classic holiday songs.
This artist is one recognize by the world. She is my number one favorite artist of all time. Well know for the song from Titanic soundtrack (great movie to watch for the holidays): Celine Dion. Her vocals are unbelievable. God has given her a wonderful gift, heavenly voice.
Checkout this video to hear sing “O Come All Ye Faithful”, the ending is powerful.
My favorite this year is “I heard the bells on Christmas Day” and I really love echosmith’s cover of it.

It’s a tie between Silent Night and O Holy Night for me. 🙂

I have so many and each year I’m adding more, but right now my favorite is Cool Yule by Kurt Elling, and Feed the World by Band Aide. Yes I’m an 80s kid on that last one, and I can’t forget, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas by the Jackson 5 but then I like anything by the Jackson 5.
